CASA TROPICAL now has both a 1st and 2nd floor rental unit, designed with privacy in mind. They are tiled throughout with fully equipped kitchenettes, tiled bathroom, bottled water, gas stove with oven, refrigerator, gas hot water, ceiling fans and Haitian artwork throughout. Hammocks, lounge chairs, bed and bath linens are provided. Air conditioning has been added to each unit for your sleeping comfort. 
Our 1st floor unit has a palapa roofed porch with table and chairs for dining alfresco, privacy wall, hammock palapa, and stained glass window. You will also find plenty of books and a radio/CD/tape player. Private entrance through sliding glass doors and outside shower for rinsing off. Sleeps 2.
Our long time staff will make sure your stay is comfortable, providing twice weekly maid service, garden maintenance and trash removal. Our beach is cleaned daily, and off-street parking is available. ACTIVITIES NEARBY... include, dive shops in Akumal and Tulum, where you can arrange ocean and cenote dives, fishing, boating and windsurfing. Hiking, horseback riding, golf, archaeological sites, Xel-Ha, Xcaret, and Tres Rios. You can easily take a day trip to Cozumel from Playa del Carmen's ferry pier. The town of Tulum ( 5 miles south) has restaurants, supermarket, bank with ATM, money exchanges, bus station, fax/phone/e-mail services, grocery stores, pharmacy, doctors office, fruit and veggie shops, beer distributor, bakeries and 2 gas stations. Just about any thing you would need during your vacation can be found here.
 VISIT...the ancient ruins of Tulum, just 10 minutes away. The only Mayan city built on magnificent bluffs overlooking the sea. Truly one of the most beautiful settings anywhere.
